Interpretation of tariffs
Tariffs are approximate and may vary depending on the number of people, number of nights, accommodation and season choice

Decreasing prices will be proportionately greater the number of agreed days and vice versa

To complete the booking must be paid approximately 30% of the rental fee for the reservation by bank transfer to the account indicated on the booking confirmation.

Petitions concerning accommodation are taken into consideration but not guaranteed.

The accommodations are delivered clean and in good habitable condition. Including sheets and towels. For stays of longer than one week extra sets of towels and sheets is provided.

At the entrance of the housing may require an amount as a deposit which will be returned in full upon departure unless there has been any damage in housing that is not due to the common use of the same, or loads of unusual cleaning.
The amount of the deposit is usually between 100 and 300€

The entrance to the accommodation will be from 16:00 hours and leaving them be before 12:00 am, although these times can be flexible when there is no incoming or outgoing people agreeing dates.

Maximum number of occupants
The customer is fully and directly responsible for declaring the correct number of people who occupy the house (without omitting children), whatever age, when booking. The occupation of the housing by an amount greater than the established and engaged in the reserve people is considered as a non-agreed use and therefore illegal to cause the immediate expulsion of the tenant no right to reimbursement of the rental fee.

If the cancellation of reservation is made 30 days or more before arrival date, 66% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 to 15 days of the arrival date, 33% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to arrival will not be refunded anythingda.

Any dispute is subject to Spanish law and courts of Granada.
